Do you want the best wine from your must?

Do you wish for a safe fermentation?

Do you want to save money?

Then why don’t you use our

Revolutionary Fermentation System

VINOQUANT 20®

with aroma-optimized fermentation steering and integrated alarm function

Art.-No. K 6600

   Vinoquant 20 offers great benefits:
-
High fermentation security owing to automatic fermentation control, automatic alarm in the case of fermentation stops, and correct measuring, e.g. measuring the correct temperature to control the fermentation system (i.e. measuring the temperature of the CO2 in the expansion space that comes from all parts of the fermentation mass and therefore delivers information about the temperature in all parts).
- Considerable improvement of the wine quality owing to the optimal transfer of the aroma potential present in the must by means of yeast-friendly fermentation steering, i.e. fermentation with a very steady yeast activity; that results in a constant daily sugar decrease.
- Substantial cost savings, e.g. saving of time: no manual measurement with the must scale or similar for the fermentation control, no cleaning of the sensors (owing to non-contact measurement). Most importantly: no additional costs due to entirely-stopped fermentations.
- Existing tempering systems can be connected to Vinoquant 20.
- Software is very easy to operate.

Simply mount the measuring device on the tank outlet, connect it to the valve of the cooling system, switch on the power and PC, enter the sugar content and amount of must into the software, and switch on the cooling system. After the fermentation, the measuring device can be mounted on another fermentation container.

Vinoquant 20 measures the temperature of the CO2

Measurement of the correct temperatures for the management of your fermentation. Precisely, Vinoquant 20 measures the average temperature of the upstreaming CO2.

Since the CO2 comes from all parts of the fermentation tank it brings with it the original tank temperatures.

Vinoquant 20 continuously and automatically measures and determines the

- CO2 content

-alcohol content

-sugar content

-fermentation temperatures

The measurement results can be observed on the monitor of the computer.

Furthermore, all results are being listed in a data sheet which can be viewed, saved and printed at any time.

  Vinoquant 20 alarms automatically
- in the case of danger to the fermentation mass, so that countermeasures can be taken in time
- when reaching the planned final fermentation degree (e.g. 40 g sugar/l).
- Alarms: optical, acoustical, or per SMS

If Vinoquant 20 can save you a fermentation mass for example of  5 m3, then the purchase has generally already paid off!
